- Self-introduction, career goals, strengths and weaknesses

- App usage data (screen views, launch counts, feature usage, etc.)
- Device type, OS version, unique device identifier
- Error information, crash reports

### 2.4 Location Information
- Location information when using the job search feature (**only with your explicit permission**)
- Location information is used solely for job search and distance calculation purposes and is not used for any other purpose

### 2.5 Photos and Images
- Photos uploaded when using the professional photo creation feature
- Photos are temporarily sent to cloud servers for AI image processing but are deleted after processing is complete

### 2.6 Chat Content
- Messages and responses entered in the AI chat feature
- Chat history is stored on your local device
- Message content is sent to Google Gemini API to generate AI responses

### 2.7 Job Search Information
- Search keywords, search criteria
- Job listings viewed
- Favorite jobs saved
- Search history is stored only on your local device

## 3. Purpose of Information Use

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

- Providing, maintaining, and improving the Service
- Providing customized services to users
- Searching and displaying job information
- Providing career support services through AI features (career consultation, self-analysis support)
- AI processing of professional photos
- Responding to inquiries
- Sending notifications about the Service
- Preventing unauthorized use and ensuring security
- Analyzing and improving service usage

## 4. Information Storage Location and Methods

### 4.1 Local Storage
User profile information, chat history, job search history, etc., are **stored only on your local device (SharedPreferences) for privacy protection**. This information is not sent to servers or cloud storage.

### 4.2 Cloud Storage
The following information may be stored on cloud servers for service provision:
- Firebase Authentication credentials
- Firebase Analytics usage data (anonymized data)
- Chat content temporarily sent for AI processing (deleted after processing)

### 4.3 Security Measures
All information is protected with appropriate security measures:
- Encrypted communication (HTTPS/TLS)
- App authenticity verification through Firebase App Check
- API key protection (managed through Firebase Cloud Functions)

The Service does not share users' personal information with third parties except in the following cases:
- When the user has given explicit consent
- When disclosure is required by law
- When sharing with trusted service providers to the extent necessary for providing the Service (the third-party services listed above)

## 6. Data Deletion

### 6.1 Local Data Deletion
- Uninstalling the app will delete all data stored locally
- You can also delete specific data from the app settings

### 6.2 Account Deletion
- Users can request deletion of stored personal information by deleting their account
- After account deletion, personal information will be appropriately deleted except for information that is technically necessary (such as information required to be retained by law)

- Local data: Retained until the app is uninstalled
- Cloud data: Deleted within a reasonable period after account deletion

- Location information is used only when searching for "nearby jobs" in the job search feature
- Explicit user permission is required to obtain location information
- Location information is used solely for job search and distance calculation purposes and is not used for any other purpose

### 9.2 Storage of Location Information
- Location information is temporarily used for search processing but is generally not stored
- If location information is included in search history, it is stored only on your local device

### 9.3 Revocation of Location Permission
- Users can revoke location permission from device settings
- If permission is revoked, features that use location information will no longer be available

## 10. Children's Personal Information

The Service does not intentionally collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it. Parents should supervise their children's use of the Service appropriately.

## 11. International Data Transfers

The Service uses the following services, which may result in data being transferred outside of Japan:

- Google Firebase (United States)
- Google Gemini API (United States)
- Google Jobs API (United States)

These services implement appropriate security measures to protect data.

This Privacy Policy may be changed without prior notice due to changes in laws or service content. After changes are made, we will notify you within the app or display the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Privacy Policy, please stop using the Service.
